On Saturday November 21, 2020, I had the privilege of getting together with three amazing men of our community; Pedro Trevino of St Mary’s Catholic Church, Pastor Sadique Dabale of Freer United Methodist Church , and Pastor Phil Loveday of Faith Christian Center. One of the most treasured events we have as a community each year is the Community Thanksgiving Worship Service and Dinner. Due to COVID-19 we are unable to have this gathering, but the four of us felt we should still do something. This time of year is both a time to turn to God and say “thank you” (and even in 2020 there is still so much to be thankful for) and a time to encourage each other and fellowship as a community. We were unable to do much but we gathered together at First Baptist Church to fellowship and share personal thoughts and devotions related to Thanksgiving. We filmed this in eight parts and I hope you will be blessed by these simple and short discussions.
